Q: When am I going to get my stuff?

A: We'll ship out your order within 2-5 business days (Monday - Friday) from Southern California. If your shipping state borders California, you'll probably receive your order in 1-2 business days. 

Q: How do you ship?

A: Usually USPS (First Class or Priority Mail)

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yup, we'll email you a tracking number (or you can find it in your account) and you'll be able to track it using the carrier site.

Q: Is my credit card information safe?

A: Yes

Q: Oops, how do I cancel my order?

A: If your order hasn't been shipped yet, just e-mail us or use the contact form to let us know! Since orders ship within 24 hours, please don't hesitate and don't forget to let us know your order number!

Q: How do I return an order?

A: Please let us know your order number and why you'll be returning the products. We'll supply you with instructions and/or a shipping label, depending on the reason for returning.
