RETURN POLICY
- We will take back any unused merchandise within 90 days of order
- Products that have been used cannot be returned due to hygiene
- Damaged products or manufacturer's defects will be handled on a per-product basis. Let us know here
RETURN PROCESS
- Depending on the case, we will email you a return shipping label to use with your original packaging.
- If you prefer to use your own courier, please make sure to include your order number or contact information in the package
- Please do not send any packages COD - we will reject COD packages
SHIPPING
- Orders over $25 and shipping to the contiguous United States will receive Free Shipping
- Once your order is approved, we will e-mail your tracking number within 2-5 business days (Please allow couriers up to 24 hours to update tracking information. There may be delays in tracking updates due to adverse weather conditions)
- All Standard and Free Shipping options will be shipped either via USPS or Fedex Ground.
- Our warehouse is located in Orange County, CA and most packages reach their destination in 2-6 business days
- We will try our best to meet courier preferences and will contact you prior to shipping if we are unable to meet your needs.
- Most orders will not require signature for delivery and leaving the package unattended will be at the discretion of your mail carrier

- We offer two expedited shipping methods - Priority Mail and 2nd Day
- Expedited shipping is only available for products that are in stock.
- Priority Mail and 2nd Day are not available for PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses
- All expedited orders will ship within 24 hours of payment verification
